This grippy outsole his provides athletes with confidence in every step, including aggressive lateral movements, cardio and boot camp style activities.It is extremely flexible and feature a circular pivot point that assists the athlete when turning during agility and multi direction exercises such as crossfit, circuits and martial arts training.
