Refund & Exchange Policy is For Web Order only.
IMPORTANT Note: In-store purchases as in our retail store are not eligible for a refund but only exchange within 7 days with receipt and items in original condition.
1. RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your goods receipt date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Climbing equipment are not allow to exchange or return.
1.1 Refund requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged parcels must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.3 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2.1 Refund Charges
There will be a 10% administrative charge for the intended refund item.
2.2 Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check with your bank first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. SALES ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
4. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: #02-20 FUNAN MALL, 107 North Bridge Rd, Singapore 179105 or alternatively, you may drop by our physical store as well. Climbing equipment are not allow to exchange.
4.1 Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: #02-20 ,107 North Bridge Rd, Singapore 179105 (FUNAN MALL)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4.2 Self Collection
Alternatively, you may send us your exchange request to email [email protected], and appoint a date & time to bring your purchased items to be exchanged to the address of 107 North Bridge Rd, #02-20 Singapore 179105 (FUNAN MALL).
