Where do I track the shipment?

For local shipping, we mostly ship with Ninjavan or sometimes ship with Speedpost for bigger items or express deliveries. If tracking number starts with NVSGOUTDLxxxxxxxxxxx, please track your parcel at Ninjavan tracking page. https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking

For international shipping, we ship with DHL. 

How long does it take to receive the package?

We ship out the orders on the same day of purchase except for those orders that was received after the shop closing hours. Those orders that we received after the shop closing hours, we will ship on the next working day. The package usually takes about 3-5 working days for local orders by local courier services. Overseas orders may take longer depending on the destination.

*Please note that during COVID-19 period shipping may take extra 1-3 working days which is suggested by our shipping partners.
