Nohei secured a leg hold with only one rope and one piece of Velcro. In order to reduce the friction between the fingers that is common with tong types, the part that is pinched between the fingers is designed to be thin, and it is designed to be fixed at the base of the thumb for a better grip. Since the upper material is minimal, you can feel more relaxed than bare feet.
