The MiniWorks EX Purifier System is MSR's most versatile and comprehensive water treatment system for backpacking. The system includes the MiniWorks Microfilter, MSR's best-selling filter for demanding conditions, plus Aquatabs purification tablets for viral defense. The MiniWorks uses a ceramic/carbon element to filter out waterborne bacteria and protozoa, as well as particulates, taste, and odors, at one liter per minute. When viruses are a concern, the chlorine-based Aquatabs deliver added protection. The MSR MiniWorks EX Purifier System provides reliably safe water in a compact, lightweight package, making it ideal for backpacking or international travel.
